It looks like I may have found a new training method. Sign up for another charity walk! I did the MS Walk this morning. Obviously I didn't put any effort into fundraising but just kicked in enough of my own money to get a t-shirt. I did the 10K route, which equals 6.2 miles, and I was very ready to see the finish line. However, now that I've had a chance to eat and rest, I feel like I could go back out and do a couple more miles. I take that as a good sign.

On the window of a store near the start line, there was a poster for a scholarship walk next weekend. My boyfriend copied down the phone number and said he was going to enter us. I don't know if I like that idea....
