Hallelujah! Today at school we finished taking the TAAS tests. Ever since I signed up for this walk, I've been saying that I wouldn't be able to do much until after TAAS was over. That means I can finally get started with fundraising in earnest. I'm relieved and so, I'm sure, is Sara. :)

I did get in a good walk last Saturday. My boyfriend happened across a sign for a scholarship walk and called for info. We ended up spending most of Saturday morning walking laps around a high school track. Not the most interesting thing in the world, but easy to count. We did seven miles. That's my longest walk to date. And with my new shoes, my feet even felt pretty good afterward.
